Well Its been a long winter we have managed somehow to get all 3 miles of new trails built before spring set in. We have
had several complaints that we have made Fort Yargo's Trail system to hard for the Average Mountain biker and that we are only catering to a select few. Dang if you do Dang if you Don't. that's how I feel Right now I am Sorry if we have upset people that was never our Intention. We are working with the park on getting a complete inner loop done before summer. we don't like much having it done. To all those who feel we have left out the Average Mountain Biker we are trying really hard to to make the trails user friendly for you also we are gonna try to have it to where you can access the inner loop at different points along the way
so if you start feeling Froggy you can ride on the outer loop for a while or if your not feeling so Froggy you can jump to the inner loop. The inner loop and outer loop will only run together in one section and we hope to figure out a way to remove the inner loop from the outer loop their to. The Inner loop when it is done will be about 7 Miles long with very little climbing basically it will run by the lake for the most part. Well that's about it for now please remember we are not trying to cater to a chosen few and we want everybody to enjoy Fort Yargos Trail System I know this will probably open up a can of worms on the forum but I think this is something that needs addressing. and I welcome your comments and Suggestions.

Thanks,
Steve Gordon (President of YABA)

well we made it thru all three races - Exterra,gsc/serc and the 12 hr dirty spokes races. The trails are in awesome shape right now
we had a little rain during the races but not enough to even wet the trails good. We hope you enjoy all the new trails at Yargo
I know I do.
